This company was built on entrepreneurial skills to enhance the digital distribution of insurance products both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B). First industry mover architect in developing digital platforms providing online products to end consumers, in addition to providing multi insurer digital solutions to the greater Financial Services industry including banks, credit unions and all financial services.

Founded Ensurance Underwriting - an MGA specialising in Construction and Latent Defects insurance located in Melbourne, Australia. An AFSL entity, accepted by Lloyds of London as a cover holder. Created bespoke products from multiple insurers and expanded network and footprint nationally. Built innovative software to distribute products in partnership with Australia's leading actuary - resulting in the ability to individually underwrite, rate and accept the 14m properties in Australia - an Australian first.

Founder and Managing Director of Ensurance Ltd an ASX listed company. After successfully opening up the company's first international business in London, an independent MGA focused on the UK and EU. Only the 14th MGA Swiss Re has partnered with globally. Stepping down as Executive Managing Director in October 2017, and further stepping off the board in 2018 to purchase Ensurance’s largest asset, SHC (Brokerage) back to private hands. Stefan now remains the major owner and Director of the Insurance Brokerage SHC.
